Notice of Application

Pesticides are anticipated to be used on the golf course during the year. Occupants living near the golf course, have the option to receive written notice each time a sign is required to be posted under this section. Please contact Golf Course Superintendent, Matt Erickson, at 519-736-5050.

All Pesticides being used are under the exemption for golf courses as per the Ontario Regulation 63/09 and are registered under the Pest Control Products Acts (Canada). All collect calls will be accepted.

A full copy of the Club’s 2019 Pesticides records, as required under Regulation 63/09, is available from the Club’s Administration Office, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Thursday May 8, 2025

On Thursday May 8, 2025, we will be spraying,

Suspend Polyzone Active Ingredient (Deltamethrin) Reg #34599 on Greens, Tees and Rough for Ants.

We will be starting at 6 a.m. and will be finished at 10 a.m. Weather permitting.

Wednesday May 14, 2025

From Wednesday, May 14th, 2025 until Saturday, May 24, 2025, we will be spraying,

Cadence Active Ingredient (Boscalid) Reg#27496 on Tees and Fairways for Dollar Spot,

Trillion Active Ingredient( 2,4-D, Mecoprop, Dicamba) Reg#27972 for Weeds in Rough,

Scorpio Ant and Insect Bait Active Ingredient (Spiosad) Reg#33306 for Ants around Greens in Rough,

Tetrino Active Ingredient (Tetraniliprole) Reg# 33714 on Greens for Leatherjackets.

We will be starting at 7:30 p.m. and will be finished at 10:30 p.m.

From Thursday, May 15th t0 Saturday, May 24th, we will be starting at 6 a.m. and will be finished at 11:00 a.m.
