I understand and acknowledge, all Golfing Memberships require the purchase of a "Class A" Share and the "Class A" Share must maintain a Membership Category of Social Golf or greater. Failure to choose a Golfing Membership of Social Golf or greater, will nullify this Membership Application

I agree, in the case of resignation, the remaining payments for all Memberships Dues are due and payable prior to acceptance of resignation.

A deposit of $1,000 is required with each application, unless advised otherwise by the Member Sales & Service Director. Once the application has been received, you will be contacted to arrange for payment of the deposit.

Deposits made on Membership Dues are Non-Refundable in the case where the cancellation of the Membership Application is initiated by the applicant.

New Members who initiate an Unrestricted Golf, Family, Senior or Intermediate Membership, are responsible for full payment of the chosen Membership Dues prior to gaining access to the Golf Course and the Tee On Registration System.

Additional Information *

A deposit of $1,000 is required with each application, unless advised otherwise by the Member Sales & Service Director. This deposit in no way guarantees membership at Pointe West Golf Club, and will be returned if the Membership Application is declined. Once Membership is approved by the Board of Directors, all new Members are required to attend an Orientation Session prior to Golf Course access. Memberships are renewed automatically each season in the chosen category unless written notice is received by the Administration Office prior to the end of February in the calendar year.
