  • Which type of Membership are you applying for: Please note Senior/Intermediate/Junior Golf Membership Applications require verification of "Date of Birth" with Application. (Birth Certificate/Drivers Licence/Passport)
  • The cost of Bag Storage is $150 plus HST for the season and includes Club Cleaning Service. Members who do not wish to utilize the Bag Storage Service, Club Cleaning Service is available at a cost of $10 plus HST per cleaning.
  • The cost of a Locker Rental is $150 plus HST for the season and includes Shoe Cleaning Services. Members who do not wish to utilize a Locker, Shoe Cleaning Service is available at a cost of $10 plus HST per cleaning.
  • I hereby acknowledge and authorize that should my Member Account become two months in arrears, Pointe West Golf Club will charge my full outstanding balance to the provided Credit Card. Please advise Pointe West Golf Club of any changes to your Credit Card information, including Credit Card Number and Expiry Date. Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% Administration Fee.   • By submitting this Application, I agree to the following:
  • Please provide the names and contact information for two sponsors, one of which needs to be a current Member in good standing, and a second from someone who can verify your personal information.
  • A deposit of $1,000 is required with each application, unless advised otherwise by the Member Sales & Service Director. This deposit in no way guarantees membership at Pointe West Golf Club, and will be returned if the Membership Application is declined. Once Membership is approved by the Board of Directors, all new Members are required to attend an Orientation Session prior to Golf Course access. Memberships are renewed automatically each season in the chosen category unless written notice is received by the Administration Office prior to the end of February in the calendar year.
